The members of the board were carefully selected based on their exceptional leadership skills, broad networks, and diverse perspectives. The board is composed of individuals with a wide range of expertise, including marketing, finance, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Gabby Braddock
Owner of No Plan B Consulting & Founder of The Next Generation Network
Gabriella has helped many entrepreneurs birth their business into a successful and thriving vessel. Gabby built The Vault Music Studio with her husband and has implemented many processes and strategies so the business can remain profitable all while building communities that allow them to stay visible. She has her Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and her Associates in Hospitality Management. Her passion of serving others started at a young age and she has not stopped since. No Plan B is Gabby's first solo business venture, she serves as a fractional COO to female founders and also serves small businesses as a consultant and community liaison. She was born and raised in NJ and she can often be found at the park with her two children running around her.
Bridget Cordero

Bridget Cordero is a connector of brands, culture and community who has fused her eclectic arts background into her 10+ year career path. In that time, she has worked with some of the most globally recognized brands such as Heineken, Mastercard and McDonald’s leading programs across properties like Coachella, Broadway, Carnegie Hall, South Beach Wine and Food Festival, The US Tennis Open, and The GRAMMYs. Ever adapting and elevating her craft, Bridget has transitioned from landing millions of PR impressions to brokering and managing million dollar event programs and sponsorship contracts. Currently, she is leveraging her partnership skills and experiential expertise as the Marketing & Brand Activation Manager of CTNext. However, she is always first and foremost a full time mom boss to her family. In her next act, Bridget hopes to inspire the new generation of creative minds and culture innovators to own their super powers through her work. After working in such elite realms, she’s motivated to share her experiences and learnings to empower those free thinkers on the local and community levels to turn their day dreams into reality. Because in her opinion, that’s where the real magic happens.
