Hello! I am a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist®️ with training on grief and loss through the Grief Recovery Institute®️.

I am from Windsor Locks, CT and I run my business, Infinity Healing in East Windsor, CT.  I offer Grief Recovery Method workshops for the following:

*8 week support group format

*7 week 1-on-1 format

*4 week format for adults to learn about "Helping Children with Loss"

*6 week format for Pet Loss

In 2016 my Dad passed away, and then 5 months later in 2017, my Mom passed. I had already lost my cat of 11 years, Sassy, in 2015, and then in early 2019, I lost my cat Charm of 10 years. I went to an 8 week grief support group to help aid in my grief recovery for my parents in 2018. I believed and trusted this program so much, that I found myself looking to become a specialist myself.

For the last 15 years, I have trained in various mindful spiritual practices. I became a certified Crystal Reiki Healer, along with practicing traditional Reiki. I am an Integrated Energy Therapy ®️ (IET) practioner, and I have taught Meditation and Chakra classes. My earlier education is a Bachelors in Social Work (BSW).

My experiences and training have given me a sense of empowerment to help those who are grieving. I learned that we are all grievers and our bodies may react with physical and mental unhealthiness.  You can help heal yourself, and I hope you choose to do so and partake in this program.
